Refund policy

Overview

Due to the specialized nature of research materials, all products sold by our store are final sale. We do not accept returns of delivered products and we do not issue refunds for delivered orders.

Please review the conditions below before placing your order.


Returns

For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of any products once they have been shipped.

Research materials cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once they have left our facility.


Refunds

Orders are not eligible for refunds once they have been shipped.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

• Orders that are not retrieved from a postal office or pickup location

• Packages that are lost or stolen after delivery

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Once a shipment is marked delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

 

Customs Clearance & Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind successful delivery of your order.

If a shipment fails to reach you due to customs clearance issues or seizure during international transit, we will reship the order at no additional cost.

In these cases:

• A replacement shipment will be issued after the original shipment is confirmed undelivered due to customs clearance

• No additional shipping fee will be charged for the replacement shipment

This policy ensures that customers receive the products they ordered even in the event of international customs issues.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of the issue in order to investigate and resolve the matter.

At our discretion, we may provide a replacement shipment where appropriate.
